This is a nice cottage with tile floors and lots of trees on the property. There is a long circular driveway where you can easily tow your boat when you get home from a day at the lake.

The County Park on Medina Lake (about 2 miles) has a boat launch and is set up for BarBQ'ing on the lake and you can fish, swim, kayak, water ski, jet ski, tubing, or do many other boating types of activities. The water is very comfortable 8 months out of the year.

The cottage has easy access on Park Road 37/FM 1283 and is close to the boat launch. You can easily walk to a nearby Deli/Restaurant which has a deck with lake views where you can enjoy the rural setting.

The property has many trees and you can see deer, squirrels, and many types of birds.

San Antonio is about 25 minutes away and you have access to all it offers including Sea World, Six Flags, The Alamo, Riverwalk, Historic Missions, etc.
Stay and discover the Hill Country towns of Bandera and Boerne, also in the general area.
